The Maxxen provides security for you with individual leases. Unlike most other apartments or rental housing, individual leases ensure you’re only responsible for your space. That way, if a roommate transfers schools or moves out early for any reason, you’re not responsible for their portion of monthly installment payments.
Our team will be on top of any maintenance issues you may have! Simply notify our office or submit a maintenance request through the online resident portal. We’re also available after hours for emergency maintenance needs!
The Maxxen offers spacious floor plan options so soon-to-be residents can easily find the best one for their needs! We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom apartments near PSU.
Yes, we are happy to help you find one or more roommates! We use the results from a questionnaire that matches residents based on criteria such as living habits, schedules, personality traits, and more to help set your living arrangement up for success!
Ease and convenience are top priorities at the Maxxen! Monthly installments cover everything you need, including your space, cable, wireless Internet, and access to all of our amazing amenities!
Your monthly installment is always due on the 1st of the month. You can pay upfront (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).
Residents can pay their monthly installments through our online resident portal or with a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check delivered to the office.
Mail will be delivered to your apartment’s corresponding mailbox, and packages will be left in the secure Luxer One package system. You can download the Luxer One app for notifications on when your packages arrive!
The Maxxen is located just across the street from the PSU campus, making for a quick walk, bike, or drive to your classes!
